In Iceland, they actually hunt and eat puffin. Apparently..It tastes very nice (like venison, but less gamey, with a similar texture to beef). The most entertaining part is how they catch the puffins. You go to the top of a windy cliff - preferably one with plenty puffins flying around near it. You then take out your net, set it up, and wait! The puffins fly straight in to the net, you bonk them on the head, and then you pluck and roast them! Yum!
